1) Do you have a commercial facility inspected by the state health inspector, and what is your score? Maples was last inspected on 05/2010 Score: 98
2) Are you licensed and insured?
3) Do you offer private tastings and is there a fee?
4) Does the price of the cake include the top of the cake in the servings?
5) On average, how far in advance of the wedding day do you prepare the cake?
6) Will you work with my florist to embellish the cake with flowers?
7) How are your cakes priced (i.e by the slice, by the cake, or by the tier)?
8) Do you rent cake plateaus, cake stands, or other equipment?
9) Do you charge a delivery fee?
10) Are you a member of TWESA?
